rushan22 I’m tanned skin by self tann and I seen videos on the colours the beige is pink I’m yellow toned but the bronze seems really dark I don’t know what shade I need in the foundation the powder is fine and I think the primer has a pink colour correct ? Do you know the colours of what best for this skin tone I never wore this but I want to try it heard skit about it I wear Mac I wear too faced , NARS , Dior but I don’t know my colour in this

clbaril hey I sincerely apologize for the mixup, the box says 1.7 fl oz which is 50ml. Do you know if there's any recourse through poshmark to at least reimburse part of your purchase?

purplebunny99 @clbaril I'm buying on behalf of my daughter and she is paying me back. I have sent a request to admin for a partial refund. The bottle itself on the bottom sticker says 30ml. Please make me an offer.

clbaril @purplebunny99 I don't quite understand what you mean by make you an offer? but this still retails for 55$ USD for 30ml on the pinrose website, you paid 35$ for it, I'm definitely willing to refund you 10$ but usure how to go about doing that. let me know what poshmark says.

clbaril @purplebunny99 I tried on my side but, they said once you accepted the item it releases payment and there's nothing they can do, wait to see if they have a solution on your end, but it might have to be done outside the app.

purplebunny99 @clbaril Hi, Poshmark is saying that the box says it's 50ml so the item is as described but the bottle says 30ml.I even sent them a pic of the bottle saying 30ml, not 50ml. I told them that you are willing to refund $10. Would it be possible to message support on what is going on?

clbaril @purplebunny99 when I messaged support they said that since the item was accepted they couldn't do anything, I'll send them another message, but the app is very much buyer beware and I'm unsure they'll do anything. perhaps an e-transfer, if they are unwilling to work with us

purplebunny99 @clbaril I just want to say I appreciate you trying to make this right. They haven't gotten back to me. Either SDM, Walmart, PC(Superstore). I don't know if we can exchange emails. That way, you can just email the card number and pin number without you using a stamp.
