nerikab1977 Hey and hello there. I am writing you in response to the Columbia jacket, the blue one I bought off you. I have tried tracking it and even contacted the post office, and they had no information. Can you tell me when it was sent or fill me in with some more information. I bought this for my sister cause hers had holes in it and she cannot afford to go out and buy her own being a single Mom. Your efforts to clear this matter up will be most helpful.

moagsister1 @nerikab1977 Hi I mailed that Feb 23 it didn’t start Tracking until quite a few days after. I have a suspicion that it has been lost in the mail. This has never happened to me before. I would start to look for another coat for your sister. If by some miracle it comes back to me I will cancel your order and send it back at no charge the coat will be free. So sorry for this inconvenience. Canada Post at its finest

nerikab1977 @moagsister1 No problem. It is probably lost in the mail somewhere....., sort of like sending stuff with UPS!!! Canada Post is better, however, they are not perfect. As for UPS, they are the worst, it either does not come, or is broken if it does come. Thanks kindly for letting me know though.
