cream_boutique Hi there, I’m always looking to improve my customer interactions. I actually spend a considerable amount of time on my item descriptions. I do my best to import accuracy so that a buyer feels comfortable about what they are buying. You only gave me a 3 star rating and noted “item description” as a reason for the 3 stars. I looked on your page to see if I could get any tips about descriptions but I only saw one or two lines most items.

cream_boutique The dresses you purchased have never been worn and were cared for and packaged with love & thought. I also gave you a deal on those items. Poshmark is a hobby of mine but people spend a lot of time with how they present what they sell and giving a 3 star rating for that work is not a good feeling. Please let me know what I could have added that would have allowed you to feel that these items were described better.

m_guignard @cream_boutique First thanks for the deal the dress were great. I put you a 3 because the green one is not all the same colour as the picture. Also the other one says NWT but there was no tag on it what’s so ever and I thought the belt was coming with the dress and it was not. It was not clear that it was an ad on, that was pretty used.

cream_boutique @m_guignard I understand. They were not used. They were brand new gifts for my mom and she could never fit them as she wears a 10 so she asked me to sell them. I think the tags were misplaced in moving them out of storage. Sorry for that, but they were used. They are a couple years old so they don’t look straight from the store. However they’ve never been work before. There was a belt included and packaged in a small plastic bag. Hopefully you found it.

cream_boutique @m_guignard i think you should go and put better descriptions on all your postings. You only have 1 or 2 lines or barely even a complete sentence on your descriptions. If you’re going to hold others to that standard you should live by it yourself. My dresses are brand new and the clothes you’ve posted are extremely old and worn. You can not compare.

m_guignard @cream_boutique I have never said my description were good and I’m am fine with those. On my description I am saying the essential. And Please stop! it was just a review. I put you a 3 and I told you the reasons because 1. I would have like to see in your review that the green dress was alot greener is real. 2. The tags was not there on the second but it was written in your description. 3. I would have liked to know that the belt on the second one was an ad on ( not originally with the dress)

m_guignard @cream_boutique ok stop just bescause of your reaction attitude I should be lowering your review. I had reason for this reviews and as you said I don’t have standard but basic criteria should be on the post (the essentials) condition, true colours, Tags and stuff. No one really need to know the erra of the clothes or the style as they see it in a picture. And you picture are great but this app doesn’t requires professional photos.

m_guignard @cream_boutique and there was no question I could I saw the picture and see the colour I thought I was buying. It was written in your post NWT so again no need to ask. Also you were saying that there was a belt with the dress which let us thought it came with the dress but it’s was not. It was a used belt from joe fresh.
