mtp7 Hi Marina -cool name! First time I’ve actually seen it for real- my name is Marissa which apparently is derived from Marina! Anyway, just submitted an offer& hoping it’ll work!...wanted to apologize that it wasn’t more as I’m on a tight budget &waiting on a very late check & PM was adding all kinds of crazy fees to my offer (including ~ $2 in tax+ high ship so total .w/my offer was still~ $25 this way w ship fees+ tax. Hopeful it’ll work though! ... Wish I’d seen B4 Valentine’s!
