daniellem401 @marivic_arteta Ok thanks! I actually bought that brown Furla bag off you 5 months ago, and it's totally falling apart! I'm not blaming you but I was wondering if you are familiar with Furla? The Cross body straps broke off the bag and I was having to use the handles and now they are all coming apart too. One is almost broke off completely. Have you had a similar experience? I'm debating if I should bother getting it repaired or if it's just not worth it?

marivic_arteta @daniellem401 oh no! Really? Sorry you experienced that. That bag has been with me for years and that did not happen. I know Furla is a very good brand, they said that when I bought that in their London store… the thing is that I bought for myself a smaller Furla (from a seller here too) which was delivered just yesterday, that’s how I like the brand.

marivic_arteta @daniellem401 I sent them a note already. They said in their website that they do repairs. I am also sad about this, my friend and the lady in the shop in Regent St. said it’s gonna last me many years. I’ll let you know soon once they reply.

daniellem401 @marivic_arteta Oh thanks for messaging them for me. I just called them too and the guy said that they have a 1 year warranty, so it wouldn't be covered, but they do repairs so I just need to send it in. I'll have to email them some pics to get an estimate. Thanks for your help!
