marysenoel9 @platinumtash hii! No problem 😊 unfortunately I need to reposh it 😭 it's way too big for me. I also managed to get an xs from another shop, which also arrived yesterday, and it fits a little better but still not perfect. I'm so disappointed, I was so excited about this!!! I think maybe my 5´ tall body isn't right for this type of vest 🤷🏻‍♀️... it just hangs weird. Well I tried. Thanks again for the beautiful packaging and lovely note ❤️

marysenoel9 @portrait79 Good morning! Not yet, are you able to verify with the tracking # if there's any update on the Canada Post website? Maybe it just never linked to PM for some reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

portrait79 @marysenoel9 Good question! I have never had this issue so I am not even sure where to find everything I need! But I will start by hitting buttons on the sale/tracking! If you have any suggestions please feel free to send them. It was in a fairly big brown box so I can’t imagine they lost it!!

marysenoel9 @portrait79 you should still be able to access the tracking number on the label PM created. From there you could enter it on the Canada Post website to see if there's anymore information. That would be a good start. If there's nothing there, just make sure you let PM know that you did send the package by clicking problems/order inquiry on this order. I think there's a "shipped but not tracking" option.

portrait79 @marysenoel9 I have just received an email from Canada Post stating that because the item did not get scanned it must not have been delivered….which is untrue. I delivered two packages that day to Canada Post at the Superstore(Loblaws). Anyhow, my error was not staying there physically to see the packages being scanned. Anyhow, we both lose. And I am sorry! It really was a cool piece.❤️
