devotedthreads @massie_block no worries I’m here to help :) items are listed until they are sold (someone purchases) or if you decide that you no longer want to sell the item, in which case, you can edit the listing and click the red delete button on the bottom 🤗

devotedthreads @massie_block also, to add on, I do advise that if you go on vacation or take a break from Posh and aren’t able to ship out items, to place a “vacation hold” on your account located when you click “seller tools” that way, Poshmark can temporarily put your items as “not for sale” for the duration of your break or vacation.

massie_block @devotedthreads hi, I have a question. I had my first sale about a week ago. I checked the tracking and the package was delivered 2 days ago. But the person hasn't written notification that they received it, therefore my money has not been released. Is there a certain time frame to when the buyer has to leave feedback? And if not, will Poshmark automatically release that money to me?

devotedthreads @massie_block hi again! Hope all is well. 😊 Buyers have 3 business days to accept the item. After that Poshmark releases the funds to you. Sometimes the buyers may not sign on to the app or just aren’t aware that they need to accept the package in order for us to get paid. So Poshmark gives them 3 days. I suggest giving it until Monday. They should have released it by then. :) Have a great weekend!
