Hi! I'm Maureen. I’m a former corporate workaholic, turned work-from-home freelancer. I’m a mama to two amazing boys and a 15-year-old Maltese-Poodle cross. I’m still hanging on to a lot of my old work wear, mostly because I don’t know how much face-to-face work I’ll be doing post-pandemic. Really, I’ve always been a jeans & sweater girl (woman), although the pandemic has convinced me to embrace leggings and rompers like I never thought I would. I firmly believe there are 2 seasons in Metro Vancouver - Birkenstock and Blundstones. I find GAP clothes consistently fit me, but I like to branch out. I’m also an avid collector of books, journals, and generally stuff. I love knitting, embroidery, and drawing. And yes, I knit that sweater! Thanks for stopping by! maumcg79 @sandysgreatgarb ☺️ it’s so beautiful! I grew up spending summers at my grandparents cottage. It was filled with treasures like this from my great grandparents kitchen. I distinctly remember a bowl or dish in this pattern. Even though this wasn’t theirs, it’ll bring good memories. And it’ll get good use!
