Hi there the item ( fossil watch ) you bought from me was brand new in original factory plastic wrapping , if you’re not satisfied from your purchase I’m more than happy to accept your return. If the item was “scratched “ as you described you could always return it or not release payment to me . You received brand new , never used watch , I’m not sure what could’ve happened after I send it to you ( it was securely packed in its original box ) . Thank you
