Only way to resolve this is Contact Poshmark about your issue and they will do an investigation.They are very fair with their decisions.

They are very short staffed and are very behind in processing incoming parcels. I am leaving the country for 4 1/2 months on Tuesday and will relocate to Ontario in May.
