1clickdiva Hi Megan: I hope you are safe and well. I have been tracking the bag and it seems stick in Richmond- no CP updates re its status. Do you know if the highways are open and if mail is moving? Thanks for your help.

meganmaria14 @1clickdiva Hi, I have been checking it also, the roads have not been closed or anything like that and lots of my other things have been going out, I don't know why this package hasn't been delivered. I'm hoping it's just an error in the tracking and that it's actually getting close to you

1clickdiva Hi Megan- I still have not received the purse? so I contacted Canada post- as its almost been 1 month! I received the following reply. Dear Customer, Our investigation into your request indicates that no scan has been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate delivery of your item. more of email below.

meganmaria14 @1clickdiva hi, I have received 2 emails from Canada post, basically saying the same thing; they are aware and they are sorry sure maybe contact poshmark and ask 3hat our options are. 😬 so sad and annoying.

1clickdiva @skei_megan Thanks for getting back to me. My last resort is I will try staying on the Canada Post customer service line. I tried today and it was a 2 hour wait but I will try one more time. If they cannot help, I will contact Poshmark and ask what we should do. I really do not want a refund- I really wanted the purse and thought it would arrive in time for Christmas. I will let you know tomorrow what I hear back from CP or Poshmark.

1clickdiva Hi Megan- After a 1 hour wait I got through to Canada Post. They said that the sender received an email Dec 11th? - saying the parcel was lost. They said they can only give the sender info re how the Parcel was sent, why it was not tracked etc-. (as I asked all these questions). CP said the send er needs to contact Canada Post and file a claim that the package is lost. Once you have done so- you can submit this to Poshmark and I can get a refund. I will contact Poshmark too.

1clickdiva @skei_megan I do not think it will happen as Canada Post says it is lost. Can you please put in a claim with Canada Post ( I would do it but they said only the sender can put in a claim). Also can you please contact Poshmark to confirm the Parcel is lost so I can get a refund.
