I think it could definitely fit a size 4 as I'm a size 2 and when I wore it there was still quite a lot of room in the bust, waist and hip area. my only concern would be the sleeves as they were pretty tight on my arms. I could tell you the exact measurement if that helps. For price, I would be willing to go down to $70
