md6440 @madameposhmtl hi I was contacting Poshmark cause I went to wear the shawl and it’s got a large tear in the fringe I didn’t notice and a stain as well. I didn’t see it when I first got the order as I quickly looked at things and didn’t want to hold your funds. so I was just trying to find out what can be done in this situation and apparently I had to leave a review in order to even contact them. Sorry about that. I do love all the pieces it’s just I’m disappointed with the shawl.

madameposhmtl @md6440 @md6440 That is so sad, I just cancelled a hoodie sale because of a tiny stain i notice while packing. I took forever to fold this suede fringed shawl and to pack it carefully, I saw absolutely no stain, never mind a tear in the abindant fringe. If you wish I will pay for a dry cleaning. If I did not notice any fringe defect, I hope it is negligible. I am happy that the David Yurman cuff and hair pin were to your satisfaction. Warm regards and apologies for any inconvenience.
