polly1991 Hey I purchased your Louis Vuitton 50 Keepall, I’m not sure if you received the email but poshmark said that they couldn’t confirm if it was authentic or not? Was this item originally yours or was the original owner someone else?

melanie_pepin @polly1991 it was purchased with receipt from Love Luxe in the UK and they 100% guarantee authenticity. I will be returning it to them for Entrupy authentication or they will refund me in full. I apologize for all this and will surely sort through this decision to cancel the sale.

polly1991 @melanie_pepin oh no worries! I was just wondering what happened, I’m a little shocked that it came back uncertain of authenticity but I guess it happens :(. I hope you also get a refund!
