Hi Melanie. Itās Cindy Dodds . I just received my April figurine ,and it was Brocken when i opened it . The arm is broken off and the hand is broken off the arm . I donāt know what to do!

@cindyolafson935 Iām sad for you too! Such a waste :( she is beautiful, I hope the other one will arrive intact. I wrapped them both with a lot of packaging. I sent Poshmark an email asking what can be done and am waiting for their response.

@cindyolafson935 okay, I believe the one at the post office is the one in the original packaging. On my end it says itās delayed because of incorrect address, which is strange š¤·š½āāļøš¤·š½āāļø
