katscapsule9 Hi there! I’m so sorry that the blouse was too strong smelling of perfume! 😣 It was brand new and never worn so I’m thinking the stain must have come from the essential oils I sprinkled on the tissue paper? I will definitely think twice before doing that again. I really hope the stain comes out . I know there was no stain before I packaged it so I feel awful. I know the best thing that works for stains is cold water in the sink (1 part cold water, 1 part vinegar.) Let soak for 1 hr
