heybigspender99 Hey just wondering about your rating on the Aritzia merino wool sweaters. They weren’t clean? I didn’t notice any spots or stains…so just curious how they were unclean to improve as a seller. Obviously fine wool cannot go in the washer but maybe I missed something? Were they stained?

mpeirson @heybigspender99 Around the inside of the neck and around the cuffs were dirty and the sweater has quite a bit of pilling on it. I will be able to clean it but it was off-putting to receive an unclean item.
