micalee784 @amanda216325 hey Amanda! The shipping label that was sent to me says apartment 616. My tracking says it was delivered to a “community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox”. Please let me know when you find it :)

amanda216325 @micalee784 unfortunately no, I contacted Canada post and they said that you need to contact them to create a ticket. I tried to do it myself but apparently it has to be the sender. This is the phone number 1 866-607-6301 I’m very sorry about this

micalee784 @amanda216325 hey Amanda! Sorry it took me some time to get to this. I called Canada post and they said that since Poshmark provides the shipping label, I need to file the claim through them. I’ve emailed them to start the process and I’ll let you know when I hear back!

micalee784 @amanda216325 it’s no problem at all, I just hope we can figure it out :) Poshmark asked that you contact them directly as well and then once they hear from you they can start the claim!
