mommaz1961 Hi again Michelle I took the measurements of the dress and at the elastic point when you measure it just straight out it’s 19 inches so I guess times two and be 38 but it does stretch out to almost 22 when you stretch it out and the underneath of the Pitt to pit armpit to armpit the measurement is 20 it is fairly loose fitting so hopefully that helps if you require additional information please feel free to let me know thanks so much and look forward to hearing back from you best wishes Zina
