michaak @ozzydog1980 so I called canadapost and they said that it's in the wrong truck 🤦‍♀️ so apparently it's going to take a few more days from its initial delivery estimate for it to correct its course to BC. I'll follow up again on Monday to see where it's at. Sorry that this happened!

michaak @ozzydog1980 called Canadapost again and still the same message :( they said it should be rerouting from Montreal but beyond that they have no other info at the moment 😩😩

ozzydog1980 Hi, I think it might be lost. It’s been sitting in Mississauga for a couple of weeks. How long do we wait until we cancel the order? I’ve never had this happen before. Thanks!

michaak @ozzydog1980 I'm not too sure I've never had this happen before either :( at first I thought it might be because of the snowstorm we had here but it's been a while that it's been stuck there! I'll look into it again and let you know.

michaak @ozzydog1980 hey I reached out to both Canadapost and poshmark: a) Canadapost is investigating the matter and told me to contact them again if there is no progress by Feb 1 (I actually think they might have lost the package 😭) b) Poshmark support didn't answer my question regarding the cancellation of the order on your end and I'm wondering if they emailed you separately? If they didn't, let me know and I'll contact them again.

ozzydog1980 @michaak I did reach out and haven’t heard back but in the meantime the item was marked as received. Not sure why????? I feel so frustrated about this. And of course ripped off. Did you mark it complete?

michaak @ozzydog1980 no it was actually changed by poshmark when I reached out to poshmark support, I'm not quite sure why either, but here's the last email I received from them on Friday when I asked them about what the next steps should be for you: Hi Michelle,  Thank you for reaching out! Yes, please have your buyer contact us directly in regards to this order! Not to worry, we have a process in place for both users. Thank you so much! Happy Friday!

michaak @ozzydog1980 If it helps, the person who I was emailing was named Diana. I'll still follow up with Canadapost on Feb 1st as there seems to be no change on their end.
