cornellscloset that caftan was dry cleaned at time of purchase. There was no smoke smell whatsoever when it left here. no one in our home smokes at all and it had been stored in a bin since purchase following it being cleaned. if there was smoke it came from the postal workers handling the item. it's impossible to have been there otherwise. Very disappointing. Take care
