calliedanae Hey Mikki! I purchased the rag and bone shorts from you recently, and I see that they are being returned to you due to an incomplete address? I just double checked my address and it's correct. I'm going to call Canada Post and see if I can get them rerouted back to me, but if they do come back to you... I was hoping to get them this week if possible! Apologies for messaging you on here, it appears there's no other way to contact you. Thanks!

mgsuther @calliedanae oh no!! That’s so bizarre, that’s never happened to me before with Poshmark! Let me know what Canada Post says if you can get ahold of them and maybe we should message Poshmark to see what else can be done? I’ll of course re-send if it gets back to me!! I’m so sorry that’s so frustrating!! Canada post can be the worst sometimes!!

calliedanae @mgsuther yeah super weird! It sounds like it's on its way back to you. I'm not sure if you'll have to re-print or get a new label or how to do that with Poshmark, but I hope it's easy for you to get figured out! I can track it... I think it will be there tomorrow. I'm excited to get them whenever they arrive. Thanks again!

mgsuther @calliedanae ok I reached out to Poshmark and they said it may still get delivered to you. They said because of the close proximity between shipping and delivery addresses it read as a return. They said if neither of us receives it by August 1st to get back in touch because they have policies to deal with it. If I receive it back to me I’ll reprint the label and ship it back to you!

mgsuther @calliedanae I was finally able to get Poshmark to send a new shipping label and I ran it down to the post office. Crossing my fingers it actually gets to you and quick!
