policewifehtx @mistymoniot I'll go check. the only thing that has worked for me is intermittent fasting. I only eat for 6 hours a day. I'm not my original size anymore but I can maintain a decent weight. btw..hi neighbor! I li:r in Houston and work in Montgomery..somewhat close to you

mistymoniot @policewifehtx Oh wow!! Yes you are close to me! I love in Porter and work in Houston! Nice to meet you!🙋🏻‍♀️. I’ve heard about people fasting but I have never tried it. Maybe I should look into that. I try to eat healthy and exercise but it’s very hard to keep weight off. I do love to drink beer though. 😂

policewifehtx @mistymoniot lol..well..its all that worked for me. I can eat anything I want. as long as its between the 6 hour time period I chose. I went down 3 sizes.

policewifehtx @mistymoniot 2pm-8pm. it can be whatever time you choose. most people give themselves 8 hours. I'm just comfortable with 6 hours.
