lindyregn Several weeks ago I purchased the marcasite butterfly pin from you. It was described as having a fully functional clasp. When I started to gift wrap it as my sisters birthday gift I noticed that the clasp is NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL. In fact the pin can’t be used. Please comment on how we can rectify this error.
