morgangorman @lnp916 are you for real? The item came opened (although the description was that it was unopened and unused) and partially broken (the brush) and I gave a 3 out of 5 review and didn't ask for a refund. Please don't harass people by leaving rude comments after they buy your items and are honest about the product they received.
