ximenaclarkson I purchased a sweater from you which you listed as "in excellent condition." However, the sweater is massively shrunken and all the fibres are matted because either you put this wool sweater in the dryer or else in the washing machine. I cannot wear it and so I have wasted my money on shipping and the purchase price. I'm very unhappy!

lynhotta @mj3579 hi maam! i'm so sorry this has happen to you. when i look at the product ut seems normal to me but i guess we do have different perspective. but anyways, i tried to do a refund for this item but it seems poshmark has denied the case and i cannot do a refund through poshmark. would you be able to give me your email address instead and i will e-transfer you the money that you have spent? i hope this will solve the problem between us. 😊
