julieannbras Hi! I also have a super sensitive sense of smell and do no scents or pets in my home. We use all free and clear clothing detergent but a lot of my clothes are NWT too. Happy poshing:)

winter_in_vegas Hey there! I came acrossnone of your comments regarding washing products and I thought I'd invite you to look into my closet and let you know I use natural cleansers such as vinegar and baking soda, or Sometimes All free & clear mostly on the kids clothes. The only thing I really use that isn't natural is Bounce dryer sheets and I cut them in 1/3's so only to prevent static. Hope this is helpful! 🤓🎀

megafashion123 Hi again, you asked a question about one of my listings but I have a question do you mind telling me what kind of detergent you use for your clothes? I'm not trying to ask so i can make a sale from you, i totally understand that you cannot purchase if you're not 100% sure. I'm asking because I want to make my store available for all people, and I know someone with asthma and I want to tell her to change her detergent because her asthma is getting worse so maybe it's actually her detergent.

charmed_patina @megafashion123 sure thing! Everything I use in my home is free of scent. So it is either unscented, which actually means they use a chemical to remove whatever fragrance they have put in it, OR I use free and clear. Another thought that comes to mind for her, is maybe to look at her diet. She might want to consider giving up gluten which is found in wheat rye and barley. Wheat has been linked to causing inflammation within the body and making many autoimmune diseases much worse.

I really need to research this more because I babysit her sometimes. Wow I didn't know I had to watch food too. I'm so glad you commented back on my listing otherwise I would've never known

charmed_patina @megafashion123 No free and clear isn’t brand. Many different brands make a free and clear. All, Tide, Arm&Hammer, etc it’s free of dies perfumes and other chemicals that irritate skin. But it’s really good for anybody who is sensitive to scented items. As for diet playing a role in health, it’s crucial. I wish I had known when I was younger than I would have taken better care of myself. Then maybe I wouldn’t have auto immune disease.

I don't think a lot of people know about diet either because doctors do t even say it's about diet. Sometimes I think it's better to learn from someone who's actually going through it because they understand it better

charmed_patina @loladesignhouse oh no! It’s no joke, that’s for sure. My issue are from Chronic Lyme Disease that was misdiagnosed for over 10 years. And yes, diet, rest, mild forms of exercise, and environment are all key to getting well. Have you looked into AIP Protocol?
