carinabaksa Hi Nancy 👋 I've reached out to poshmark regarding the tracking of the coach crossbody bag. I'm not sure why it hasn't started tracking yet. it was dropped off at the post office days ago. I am going to inquire with Canada post tomorrow. sorry for the inconvenience. it may just arrive at your house without any tracking. 🤷‍♀️

carinabaksa hi @nancycaroline1. I am sorry for the shipping issues with the coach laptop bag. I have been in contact with Canada post customer service and they have created a ticket for the issue. they are asking that you call them to provide your email address so that they can be in contact with you directly. 1-800-267-1177. ticket # 145651731. this has never happened to me before but they assure me that it will be resolved by April 13th. again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
