ch214108 Hi there the Emu jacket is brand new I am curious how is the item is not clean? Was the bag that I packaged it in ripped during transportation?

natalierameika @ch214108 no, bags were absolutely normal. there are small dots from some kind of liquid and small scratches all over on leather. It can be just from keeping it in a clothet or moving it occasionally. Depends on how gentle material is.

natalierameika @ch214108 I can't attach pictures to show, I rated the cleanliness 4 out of 5 because these small spots and fine scratches were not visible in the photos, but I like the jacket anyway and happy with my purchase
