ceriosb Hello @natgupta - Thank you so much for purchasing my Saint James 100% wool sweater. It's packaged and ready to ship but we've had horrible snow and ice road conditions. I finally managed to get to the post office yesterday after digging out my car only to find the post office I go to was shut due to unforeseen circumstances until Monday. ceriosb @natgupta - I'm so sorry I am still not seeing a tracking number from the post office. I delivered it first thing yesterday (9:00 am) morning so fingers crossed they are able to process it soon. I'm only guessing that the delay is due to the worsening COVID numbers and staff shortages. The lineup was intense so here's hoping we see that tracking number today. I'm so sorry!

natgupta @ceriosb Hello Ceri, I wrote to support service twice on how to proceed with the return. It seems I have to follow the ‘’standard path’’ to receive the refund. The refund seems to be activated only when I use the return label and when you confirm having received the returned item. So I will send you back the sweater tomorrow.
