Hey Vanessa, welcome to the club and great closet so far!! You'll quickly see that this community is amazing and has a different vibe than most others. I'm not an ambassador yet but can still give tons of seller tips if you ever need any. I haven't bought anything yet so I don't have buyer tips lol trying real hard to clean out my closet, not add to it. The big tip everyone will say though is share share share so enjoy yourself and hope you get lots of sales 🙂

@emiliamir I usually ship next day. I’m from Nova Scotia so I’m not sure how long it takes but you will receive a tracking number!

@talesuntoldco it was told to me by Poshmark that it hadn’t been sent over a week after purchasing and I could cancel. I’m moving in less than two weeks and didn’t want to risk not receiving it.

@talesuntoldco I also left you two messages on the post two days ago and had no replies. If I receive it I will contact Poshmark and see what needs to be done as I would pay for it and keep it.

@nessasen hey . I’m just confused with the whole thing since it s my first time selling . I don’t know where the message was left but I didn’t get any notification . I sent it out within two days of the sale and notify Poshmark but I didn’t know they don’t notify buyer and their tracking don’t update at all. 😅. Their support hasn’t been much help either

@talesuntoldco typically they send a tracking number after the post office ships the item so it may have been an issue with the Post office. I have received the item and LOVE it! I asked what to do and they said re-purchase and they will re-pay you and I will be keeping it. So sorry all of this has happened. Poshmark is good at making sure things get settled and payment will be made. I just notified them via email so payment should be sent to you within 24hr:)
