casea69 @featherstonevtg Hi again, in case you don't see the other message b/c the listing is sold, I thought I'd post here, too... M Bonnie Cashin coat is showing as delivered, but not to me in Vancouver, rather somewhere in Richmond. Canada Post is now telling me that it's been sent back. Is there any chance you had more than 1 sale when packaging and put the wrong label on my jacket?

casea69 @featherstonevtg I did send them a message and should hear back sometime tomorrow. I'll be super annoyed if someone else got my jacket, but the city of delivery wasn't even mine, so not sure how CP could make such a huge mistake. Ideally it turns up. I really wanted that vintage jacket. :( I'll keep you posted.

featherstonevtg @casea69 Oh no! Okay, hopefully it is being sent back to me and Poshmark can provide a new label. It seems like it has to be a problem with Canada Post since the label I printed with your tracking number has the Vancouver address.

casea69 @featherstonevtg PM replied this morning, but it's clear from their response that they don't understand what the problem is, as they told me to check around my house (I live in an apt) or ask my mailman. The parcel is showing as being delivered in a city that I do not live in. Can you follow up with CP, please? CP won't initiate a trace unless it's requested by the seller. Tracking # is 1026167758674497. All PM will do is refund.

featherstonevtg @casea69 I just got off the phone with Canada Post. They said that their system shows that it was delivered to your address in Vancouver and that Richmond is just where the sorting facility is, so it's not unusual that it shows up as being delivered there on the tracking. Unfortunately, she said that it was most likely stolen. They don't have any record of a return label being created. This happened to me with one of my Poshmark purchases and they just returned my money :(

casea69 @featherstonevtg Oh, no! I live in an apt, though, so I find it hard to believe that it's actually stolen. It wouldn't have fit in my mailbox, so they would've had to leave a card. The place where I pick up packages is always very careful to check the address on the ID against the person's face. I think they screwed up some other way and am still hoping it's being delivered somehow.

casea69 @featherstonevtg Oh, that's awful. Is yours a secured entrance? Or can anyone walk into the lobby? Mine is secured with a fob, and I've never had a parcel left in the lobby. I think if anyone stole it, it was a postie, frankly.

casea69 @featherstonevtg I called CP rather than do the online chat. This man was extremely helpful! He told me it has been delivered to an Amazon returns warehouse in Richmond. His thought is that you may not have removed a previous label from the package, as he can't think of any other reason why it went there. You had mentioned that you recycle packaging materials, so I'm thinking this might indeed be true. Was there a label on the other side of the package that you forgot to remove?

featherstonevtg @casea69 Oh strange! What conflicting information. The woman that I talked to assured me multiple times that it was delivered to your address. It being sent to the Amazon warehouse makes a lot more sense though! I can't figure out how that would have happened. It was a recycled box but I don't buy off of Amazon. It's definitely possible though! Did he have any ideas on how to resolve it?

casea69 @featherstonevtg Not sure why the woman told you that... even here in Vancouver I was told by the agent during our chat that it was delivered in Richmond. I think that woman you spoke with didn't understand how to properly use the system to find out accurate info, frankly. The second agent I dealt with, who I spoke w/ on the phone, created a service ticket. Someone from CP in Vancouver then left me a message, so I called back & left him one. I was told CP will contact Amazon directly.

casea69 @featherstonevtg Canada Post has contacted Amazon, but the parcel has still not been found. PM Support has not followed up on my 2 inquiries that I lodged, so not at all happy w/ them right now. Can you contact PM as the seller? Maybe they'll respond to you instead. Let them know there was an old barcode on the pkg that CP scanned instead, and the parcel has NOT been delivered to the buyer, but to Amazon because of the old barcode. Thanks!
