thecapecouture @nikid78. Hi Nicole it was so good to hear back from you and thank you! I see that you are pretty new to Poshmark do you work outside of the home as well? I don't and I do go to various places to source for my items. Do you Source locally? I am just curious because I find it difficult to find high-end brands. What is your experience around here? nikid78 @thecapecouture Yes, ALL fairly new to me! I was under the impression that Posh was started to help clean up your closet of items not worn or used, or lightly used. So, as of right now, that's what my closet consists of. Not sure how I feel about items purchased specifically to sell on Posh. It seems to defeat the purpose. I've actually picked up some GREAT gently used items. What's your thoughts on outsourcing? Btw, love your "thecapecouture" handle!

thecapecouture @nikid78. If you get on YouTube you will find other resellers who totally make a living at this. That's what Poshmark and other platforms are for as well. I can't work a regular job due to health. When you find really good brand names that would cost someone let's say $100 and they buy it from you for $50 both parties definitely get blessed LOL I usually Source at Goodwill and other thrift stores once a week. I'm slow at listing due to fibromyalgia

nikid78 @thecapecouture I'm not currently working due to health issues as well. So, this is a nice little trickle of money. lol! Sorry to hear of you Fibro. I understand, I have a family member who has it as well. I don't know how I feel about those closets that are COMPLETELY outsourced with brand new items that they purchase specifically to sell on Posh. Right now this gives me something to do and make a little money. How long have you lived in the Cape?

thecapecouture @nikid78. We moved from Indy to FL. in 2000 then the Cape 6-7 yrs. Ago due to hubbies new job at mariner H.S. No need to feel bad at all. Most people come here for higher end clothing & to get a better deal. People are really into recycling now as well. Poshmark is a business like other platforms & that is how we all make our $ including posh. The buyers know it's new & gently used items. That is why they come here. Do you sell very much? Btw sorry to hear about your illness as well !
