nkdvmac @b_mortz Hi there again . I see that your purchase still says pending shipment scan . You purchased on October 7th and I dropped it off at my local Shoppers Drug Mart postal outlet on Friday but missed the pickup time . They were closed for the weekend and the holiday yesterday but assure me it was picked up today . I left a message for the outlet’s manager to followup with me tomorrow . I can assure you it is on the way and I hope it will track soon . Sorry for the inconvenience
