fafitouti Hi, your package was shipped less than 24hrs after your purchase. It was delivered on march 1st as the tracking number confirms 1026167950943209 if canada post did not deliver your package this is really out of my control, all the info I have confirms that you have received the coat and I sent it over as fast as possible. This has never happened before, i would suggest contacting canada post if you believe the item was stolen from your house and delivery was confirmed

fafitouti @kacheena hey! Any news on the package? I contacted poshmark help and they responded saying the buyer is the one who should contact them. I’m pretty sure you should get a refund if you never received the delivery

fafitouti @kacheena here are the steps to request a refund from Poshmark https://support.poshmark.com/s/article/841448447?language=en_US there is really nothing I can do, once the package was dropped off to canada post it was then out of my control.

fafitouti How come? Did you contact support? It seems pretty clear they should refund you - you go to the order, then click "problems/order inquiry" then select "order not delivered"
