caro2102 @tashg23 so they finally called me back and said packages are picked up daily so that's good news. however still doesn't make sense it wasn't registered as scanned yet ...hopefully it pops up in your mailbox !!

caro2102 so I just punched in tracking number to Canada Post and it states" received by Canada Post as item being processed as of July 6th" so that may be good news. maybe they just scanned it today tracking is : 1026167149963360
