opassingham Yes, they do have 39 carved into the sole. Inside I believe the tag says France. The heel height is 3.5"

fernsposhpicks @opassingham Thanks so much😊 I fit 39 in Swedish clogs but I’ve found French sizing to be a touch too short. I greatly appreciate your help. These should sell quickly as they’re adorable!
