jenniann4 Hi, Pablo! I’m not sure why you gave me a low rating when the item shows as being delivered, received by you and funds released, you then state you have not received the item and give me a low rating. Did you contact support? How are the funds released if you did not get them item?

pramirez78 @jenniann4 I ordered multiple things and I released funds by mistake, I have not contacted support, being new to this I didn’t know how all works, as soon as I get the item I will change the rating.
