ann_coldstream Ok!!! With a measuring tape it is 18 inches across however there is a slight elastic to the waist band so it is very comfortable and the size is a little bit less rigid which is amazing for comfort!!!

ann_coldstream Not sure if you understood what I meant I leave the parts out perfectly flat on the dresser and just took a regular tape measure and from end to end of the waistband it is 18 inches across only on the front LOL Hope that helps a little bit 😀
