bethfrisk Hi there, I bought a free people convertible backpack from you last year. I have now realized the magnet that is supposed to hold the bag closed is defective (sewn in backwards so they repel each other). Do you happen to have the receipt or anything? I think they will replace it if I can get information on where it came from.
