ashley_byckalo The item I recently purchased smelled so terrible my entire room smells like it. Are you a smoker? If so, maybe state that in your listings or separate your posh items? Not sure what it is but I feel irresponsible not making you aware of this ASAP so you can fix the problem before you start getting lots of bad reviews. I’ve shopped a lot on this site and never experienced this before.

dearwonderland @ashley_byckalo I am so terribly sorry about your order. Is there a way I can refund you? I do live with a smoker and didn't realize it had gotten into my clothes. I will make proper arrangements, so this does not happen again. Thank you for letting me know
