polkadotposherm Hey there! I’m so sorry. I sent the wrong item!!!! I’ve never done this before in over 200 sales! My apologies. I’m not sure what the process is but I have let Poshmark know. I’ll be able to send yours on Friday as I’m away from my Closet until then on a business trip.

raineewainee Hi! I have received the package and indeed it was a big box! It’s fine though... But the problem is I misclicked “accept order” instead. I can’t go back to the wrong item menu. I’m so sorry. How should I send back the item?

polkadotposherm @raineewainee oh I’m so sorry. I’m just seeing this! The best thing to do is to contact Poshmark at this point since you accepted the items. They’ll be able to give you a label for a return and issue a new label for me to send your sweater! I can have it in the mailbox as soon as this is done. They wouldn’t give me a label because they said you had accepted.

raineewainee @polkadotposherm Hi! It’s okay. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies from Poshmark and I’m worried it’s been days. Do you want me to just send the package back to you? I made a mistake of accepting the order anyway. I’m not sure if this is the right thing to do but I’m willing to do it just in case.

polkadotposherm @raineewainee oh no that’s so sweet of you. I don’t mind waiting for them to reply. The person who bought it ended up cancelling the order so I’m not rushed to have them back. There’s a process for all of this and I’m shocked that Poshmark isn’t helping.

Unfortunately, the accidental purchase option is only allowed for 3 hours to cancel, and if you don’t ship the item within 3-5 days, that’s the only time I can cancel the order. I already contacted Poshmark if I can cancel it earlier since I want to save on shipping.
