kalikileew HI, I am so sorry the package is missing. I have no idea why it would say it was delivered and you don't have it. I went on Canada post site and opened up a case to see if I can help find it. The ticket number is 0140735712. I hope to hear back from them soon. I will also connect with POSH support. I will let you know what I find out. Again, my apologies...hopefully it wasn't stolen.

kalikileew I looked and it suggests for the buyer to submit under the delivery options a problem and it wasn't deliver. Did you do this? I can't do this as the seller. I did send them an email with the order number and your name. So sorry this happened.

kalikileew Did the package arrive? I have heard back from POSH saying that it is up to the buyer. I have not heard back from Canada Post yet...feel horrible about the situation.
