cdnmays Hello. I recently purchased 2 items from you, a grey vest and a pink cardigan. I've not yet left feedback because I've been torn as to what to say. I hate to be negative, but both items, listed in "great condition" were in very poor condition. I had pictures to include but don't seem to be able to find a way to do so. Both had multiple stains (the grey one had large stains right on the front) and lots of piling - hard to get off of the fine knit. (continued below)

cdnmays (continued from above) I mainly bought these to wear to chemo treatments at the hospital, but they're not even usable for that. I realise I didn't pay much, but since they're unusable, I certainly didn't get a good deal. It would be helpful to have had the flaws noted. Please know that I intend these comments to be a help and wish you the best in selling.

shop_to_live @cdnmays so sorry about that. The picture of the grey vest cardigan has the stain in the photo. I apologize for not listing that in the description, I was probably posting a bunch of stuff at the same time, but like you said, thank goodness you did not pay very much for it. I know the pink cardigan was in excellent condition as I only wore it a handful of times. I’m so sorry you are going through chemo at this time, that must be very tough on you. 💞

cdnmays @shop_to_live Thanks for replying. The pink actually had multiple stains as well...one right on the front chest area and several down the sleeve. There was lots of piling on both items. Since both are so worn looking they're not usable - not really what you want to wear when you're already feeling that way 🤔
