nancittashops @dillonr46 Yes! It worked. Thank you! editing your listing price and not offering lower price to likers triggers this. Only by dropping the listing price are they able to get shipping discount on CCO days. I know, posh is not easy. It is confusing. I've learned this by making few mistakes.
