darlascottage Thank you for your nice rating! I’m really happy to hear the cup arrived safely. It’s a piece of history. If you keep such things in a china cabinet, I found out from an antiques expert that it is a good idea to open the doors of cabinet for a few hours a week. She suggested opening door overnight. Apparently heat etc builds up & things will be in better condition if there is some air exchange/circulation.
