_shop__ @aisa30 ohh if the payment says pending in your account balance what happens is you receive the payment once the buyer receives the item. So what happens is once your item is purchased it should show you an icon where it says download shipping label and you either screen shot it, or download it then print it out, and attach it to the parcel then ship it. Depending on where you’re located shipping might even take a little over a week.

_shop__ @aisa30 Then what happens is once it’s delivered to me it’ll notify me to confirm that I’ve received it and give you a rating out of 5 stars and once I receive any package I immediately confirm I’ve received it, and I give the rating.

_shop__ @aisa30 Once I confirm it, and give the rating it immediately releases the payment into your account. If by any chance your buyer doesn’t confirm they’ve received the parcel within two days of it saying it’s been delivered it automatically releases the payment into your account.
