spexxlvr Hi again. I just saw your offer on the other pair of Surf riders. I guess I just need some clarification on that. I received an email from posh support saying that the case had been resolved and that my funds had been released and return request was denied. I admit I have never had anyone file a claim before so not sure what their normal process is. So are you purchasing this pair in addition to the other pair? Please advise

spexxlvr @alex_t68 oh I didn’t realize you were new to posh. Items are non returnable. As you know you can start a claim as you did— it is entirely at the discretion of posh to determine outcome based on the information provided etc. Once they make a decision that item can no longer be “in play” so to speak. So if I accept your offer, you will be charged again for that purchase—- a shipping label will be generated and posh fee etc-and your payment form will automatically be charged.

spexxlvr @alex_t68 ok. That’s what I was trying to explain….they have denied your claim ergo have denied your refund. If I accept your offer you will be charged AGAIN and I don’t believe that’s what you want.
