@katebrooks137 hi I am sure you can cancel a purchase from your closet, waiting 7 days is a long time to wait for order to get canceled by posh plus another few days for refund. You can cancel the order on your end

Do not do business with this user - she does not operate in good faith or by the honour system. I tried to explain the whole situation but there is a character limit. She pretty much stole another users order and refuses to engage in conversation or resolution.

@allisonealivy I received my package empty box so I am not shipping out the other customers until I receive for the items I originally purchased I can even upload pictures of the empty package as it is sitting on my kitchen table
