zizi_d Hello….first I would like to thank you for your purchase….it is greatly appreciated...I was tracking my shipments, and it seems that your package has not moved in days for some reason….I went to the post office yesterday, and they said that all packages they received were sent to the sorting facility, but according to the tracking record your package is still sitting in their office….I will call the Canada Post Customer Service today and see what I can do about this....my greatest apologies….ZD

bc_for_me @zizi_d yes I've been tracking it too. I have another package in the same situation from another location. Canada post usually says there are just so many packages. But it should be showing some movement. Thanks for your efforts to check. S

zizi_d Hello again….I just got off the phone with Canada Post Customer Service and was told that due to the corona issue their delivery standards have changed...apparently if the package is not delivered within the 21 business days, I can file a ticket...at this point I am not sure what else I can do about this ….
